Saturday, May 5, 2018:  All-Sections Scoutrees Planting Day

Annual Scouts Manitoba tree planting.. Each year, Scouts of all ages gather at a designated reforestation site. About 15,000 trees are planted each year.  Once we know our planting location, we will establish a time and location to meet in the city and arrange carpools.  Sites are usually 1-2 hours drive.

Each participant should pack a water bottle and dress for the weather, with proper footwear and gloves. Also, please bring a spade and ice-cream pail or cloth bag to carry seedlings. Uniform is not required, but neckers should be worn.
