Who we are: 67th Winnipeg Scout Group

The 67th Winnipeg Scout Group is one of a handful of Scout Groups in south-west Winnipeg, known as the “Pembina Trails” service area of the Manitoba Council of Scouts Canada.

The 67th Winnipeg Scout Group is run by volunteers.  Scouts Canada is a national not-for-profit organization.

Scouting, also known as the Scout Movement, is a worldwide youth movement with the stated aim of supporting young people in their physical, mental and spiritual development, so that they may play constructive roles in society.

Our Group offers programs for boys and girls, young men and women aged 5-26

  • Beaver Scouts [motto: “sharing, sharing, sharing”] for girls and boys 5 to 7 years of age.
  • Cub Scouts [motto: “do your best”] for girls and boys 8 to 10 years of age.
  • Scouts [motto: “be prepared”] for girls and boys 11 to 14 years of age.
  • Venturer Scouts [motto: “challenge”] for young men and women 14 to 17 years of age.
  • Rover Scouts [motto: “service”] for men and women 18 to 26 years of age.
